| The Central Sterile Online Training program is designed for institutions to train and educate their professionals. What our clients use the program for: Standardized Services – Created to aid training for existing staff to the current AAMI guidelines. This also provides Uniform Care to create a standardized process for all shifts to aid in delivering a more Complete, Sterile product in a Timely manner. Increases staff knowledge base to the Science of Sterilization. Orientation program - This CS Online Training program is fully developed and used as a department orientation program designed for newly non-medical hired staff. Operative Services - To acclimate the O.R. staff to decontamination & sterilization processes. Aid to Certification - This program will aid the technicians to achieve a better understanding of the disciplines associated with the instrumentation process, microbiology and professional skills. This program reinforces, encourages and facilitates staff toward being successful in achieving certification. Quality Assurance – Provides a quality assurance measure for each point of release in the instrumentation process; to include decontamination, assembly of instrumentation and packages, preparation for sterilization and release or storage of sterile package. Annual Competency – The program creates standardized training, testing and a documentation process to verify the training. Even certified staff will be required to demonstrate that your institution has provided instruction in compliance with your institution policy and procedures, plus an annual competency test. Continued Education – All lectures in workbook have CEU’s for certified CS technicians and AORN CONTACT HOURS are available to each test passed with 70 or above. |
